Ed. of just 500 (#140) pieces world wide.  Not only a rare piece but very fine art.  Everyone likes the Mermaid Lagoon!  I found this frame and immediately thought of this cell stored away in my library.  The frame isn't prefect as it is vintage but it is the perfect frame for this cel.  The double mat is the suede type and is awesome with the set-up.  You'll love this on the wall and have a decent inflation hedge as well.  Flat rate freight in the continental USA is .80.
