Vintage National Silver "Victoria" Amber Glass Cruet Perfume Bottle (Pair)

Description

Cruets or perfumes are 5" tall on an 3 1/4" oval base with sterling
silver overlay designs of a basket of flowers on both sides.
Other two sides of the bottles are a woman in a cameo medallion.
This design  by National Silver Deposit Ware named "Victoria"
(design patented in 1925) on Fostoria or Consolidated Glass?
NO cracks or chips with the most minimal of silver
loss. They will need additional polishing on the silver.
Any info as to maker update on glassware is appreciated.
