made by

1977.
She is a nice representaion of iconic Motown singer Diana Ross.
This doll is an estate consignment that has never been removed from her box.  I removed the insert she is attached to for inspection of the doll. I observed severe "melt" marks around the arm joints as shown that have cased arms to sink from shoulders. There is also evidence of melt marks at the hip joints.   She comes with her blue posing stand in a box with considerable wear.
Diana has the
following characteristics
:
- rooted black hair
- painted brown eyes with real lashes
- melting at arm joints have caused arms to move away from joint and you can see a gap(hole) at one shoulder as shown
- jointed at neck, shoulders, wrists, waist, and hips
- the brown stain on her dress is from melt marks at the hip joint. I assume the other joint has the same condition.
- bendable knees
- elbows bend slightly
