Large, dramatic needlepoint panel of yellow tulips in a vase

Dark brown burlap like mat, and bright yellow narrow frame combine to really pop the flowers.
Hand signed and dated on the reverse " Lillian Marchand, 1973 ".
Frame is 31" x 18"
Needlepoint will need to be restretched as it is sagging a little
It is vintage, and any imperfections that have occurred only add to the charm and uniqueness.
