Disney's PETER PAN promo pin light up pin NEW RARE L7972

Description

This is a unique light up pin featuring Disney's Peter Pan.  It is brand new and unopened.  This pin when it is hooked up to its battery has a flashing light.  I am seeing other posts for the pin say that this pin is "animated" but I am going to be honest and say that I don't see anything that would be animated other than a flashing light.  There is some yellowing of the plastic packing due to age but it has been stored in a smoke free home.
