**Condition is New. No cardboard or packaging included. Comes as seen in the picture(s). All my pins come with the rubber backing though. Purchased personally in Orlando, Florida at one of the parks. It has not been passed around, traded or sold since then. As with almost all my pins, it has been properly held inside a book that protects and displays pins .
