Here's a very nice blue and white dish/plate that is actually I believe 100 years old. It's a Spode Copeland dish with the Heron pattern and these were dated as it's stamped T21 which means August 1921. The 1 is not as strong as the 2 but I believe it's accurate based on my research. It's a lovely dish with a molded rim made specifically for Canadian Pacific Steamships Limited with Rd No 616247 with an impressed Copeland crown. It measures approximately 8.5" square and is about 1.75" tall. Canadian Pacific was established in the 1880s and from then until after WW2 the company was Canadas largest operator of Atlantic and Pacific steamships. They were actually British owned and ironically I purchased this in England about 20 years ago which makes perfect sense. It's a beautiful design and color for all you blue and white lovers and I think it would work quite well as a decorative piece as well at this point of its journey.
