    Front wheel riser block for use with stationary trainers.
    2 channels - one for road/cross tires, one for MTB tires. Raises front wheel approx. 1.75" off the floor, MTBs closer to 2".
    Black plastic.
    These were original equipment for BKOOL trainers.
    Very stable and durable. Heavier than most (over 10 oz.)
