Description
1898 mason and reisch vocalion positive pressure organ with pipe facade. Plays great. I got this in the 70’s retiring to smaller home. Has the sweet Colian Harp rank sought after for it’s sweet sound. This is one of the rare positive pressure read organs that blows the sound out in everybody’s face through the louvers in the front of the instrument as well as the top…. You can google this model at the Graese Music Musium. This organ was built in Worcester Massachusetts in 1898 and I bought it in the 70’s where it had been so long that they redid the floor around it. I lived in Worcester and it is still in the area here waiting for someone to pick it up. Has an automatic 6” duct valve to run it by an electric pump. I have only used it by foot pumping. New leather valves were replaced in the 70’s. Still works and plays from a sweet tremelo wisper to very loudly to fill the room. Decided to sell it. I will get interior pics soon but figured I would get it out there… I shipped my steinway grand to Germany so anything is possible but lets just say local pickup only for now. Thanks for looking.
